Graduating Dancers 2020

Their final year has seen them working at a professional level as they completed their last two public performances. A critically acclaimed production of musical Chicago - "A joyous night...where the dancing was crisp." Liverpool Echo – and 5, an original devised dance show based on The Fifth Element, where they collaborated with a team of visiting professional choreographers.
Technique classes have been complemented by Masterclasses with specialist industry professionals. These continued after lockdown with Circle du Soliel's Las Vegas Head of Casting, Sarah Davidson among those providing online sessions.
2019/2020 also saw us teaming up with leading hip hop theatre company, Boy Blue. They provided commercial dance sessions in November and February, with our students getting the opportunity to work with Co-founder and Artistic Director Kenrick 'H2O' Sandy on hip hop foundations. While Wired Aerial Theatre continued to train our students in aerial work, including silks, hoops and harness work.
Our rigorous approach to dance technique training, complemented with classes in singing, acting and choreography creates technically strong dance artists. While our industry focus makes the discipline expected of a professional second nature to them. Our 2020 Dance graduates are ready to take their place in the industry.
