Current Acting student Alfie Thomas Bland and 2025 graduate Spencer Elcock have both secured roles in the highly anticipated film, Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. The film arrives on Netflix on 20 March following its theatrical release.

For Spencer, the opportunity came while still completing his final year at LIPA. Reflecting on the film, he said: “It was an incredible experience being part of a world which has had such a profound impact on the West Midlands, all whilst I was still in third year. I’m very lucky to have shared experiences with Oscar and Emmy winners so early in my career, and a big thank you to everyone who got me to this stage.”

Alfie takes on the role of Charles Shelby, the son of Thomas and Grace Shelby, and was similarly excited to join the project, noting that “to be a part of such an already iconic franchise is incredible.”
Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man continues the story of the internationally acclaimed TV series, bringing together established stars and emerging talent.
