Our open days are a great way to help you decide if we are right for you. 

The Sunday 6 October open day event covers our Performing Arts courses: 

  • Acting: BA (Hons) Acting; BA (Hons) Acting (Contemporary Performance); BA (Hons) Acting (Screen & Digital); Cert HE Foundation Acting (Stage & Screen).
  • Dance: BA (Hons) Dance
  • Music: BA (Hons) Music, with six pathways: Popular, Contemporary & Commercial; Songwriting & Performance; Songwriting & Production; Contemporary Pop Voice & Performance; Session Musicianship; and Production. And Foundation Certification Popular Music & Music Technology.
  • Musical Theatre and Acting Musicianship: BA Acting (Musical Theatre); BA Acting (Musicianship); Cert HE Foundation Acting (Musical Theatre).

We also have a talk about applying, accommodation and student support, as well as offering tours of our building.

Parents and guardians are very welcome to attend our event. Deciding where to study at university is a big decision and we want everyone to feel that they have all the information they need.

We are a 15-minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central train stations.

By Bus

From the M62

At the end of the motorway, follow the signs for the city centre and then for the cathedrals.

At the Metropolitan Cathedral, turn left, head along Hope Street towards the Anglican Cathedral, and then turn right on to Upper Duke Street.

LIPA is on your right-hand side.

Car Parking

Pay and display parking is available on many nearby streets including parts of Mount Street, Pilgrim Street, Hope Street and Rodney Street (please check signage, as some bays are reserved for resident permit holders).

This on-street parking is currently free after 6pm, or at all times for Blue Badge holders.

Additional parking for Blue Badge holders is available in our lower car park, which is accessed via Pilgrim Street. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
