Foundation Certificate Popular Music & Music Technology
This course is ideal if you want to strengthen your existing music skills and address any weaknesses so you are fully prepared to engage in degree-level music training.
BA (Hons) Music (Popular, Contemporary & Commercial)
This course is for musicians who want to take a broad approach to working across the industry. You train to become a musician who can thrive as a performer, session musician, MD, media composer and producer.
BA (Hons) Music (Contemporary Pop Voice & Performance)
This course combines one-to-one vocal technique classes and music skills sessions with movement and dance training. This makes it the right choice for strong vocalists who want to pursue a career as a lead singer, backing vocalist or session singer.
BA (Hons) Music (Production)
[This course will not be running in 2025/26] This course is for students who want to use their music skills to pursue a career in production as a studio-based producer, vocal producer or desk-top producer.
BA (Hons) Music (Songwriting & Performance)
With expert songwriting guidance, one-to-one instrumental technique tuition and music skills training, this course is for musicians interested in a career as a singer/songwriter or top-line writer.
BA (Hons) Music (Songwriting & Production)
This course, with its focus on songwriting, music production and music skills, is ideal for musicians who see the studio as their natural creative environment. It reflects the industry’s increasing demand for producers who can collaborate and originate material with an artist, and for songwriters who can run a session or create high quality demos of their material.
BA (Hons) Music (Session Musicianship)
This course gives you the tools to thrive as a session musician by developing and advancing your skills as a musician while giving you a diverse range of performance opportunities to broaden your experience and repertoire.
