We are seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate individual for the role of Programme Leader for our BA (Hons) Acting (Musical Theatre) programme. The post holder will be responsible for the academic leadership, strategic development, and operational management of the programme, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality student experience that reflects current industry practice and meets academic standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the Musical Theatre course within the School of Performance through collaboration with colleagues, oversight of the curriculum and developing dynamic networks.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification and experience of teaching or training. You will also have significant practical and professional experience.  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.  You will be student focussed, building a supportive and creative environment for students to develop their skills in a practice-based learning environment, with a strong commitment to preparing students for sustained employment.

This is a permanent post to commence from September 2025.
