The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) is a leading centre of excellence for creative learning and vocational training within the performing arts and creative industries. We’re now recruiting a Marketing, Campaigns & Communications Officer to support our student recruitment marketing initiatives.

In this dynamic and exciting role, you will:

  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that speak to prospective students
  • Create compelling digital content across web, email and social platforms
  • Coordinate key recruitment events
  • Use our CRM to nurture prospective students and personalise their applicant journey
  • Support wider institutional marketing and communications initiatives, including acting as a business partner to specific academic schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, data-driven marketing professional to join us as we prepare to celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2026. The successful candidate will have a track record of impactful campaign delivery, a proactive and data-led approach to marketing, a passion for persuasive and creative storytelling, and excellent organisational and project management skills.
