The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) is a leading centre of excellence for creative learning and vocational training within the performing arts and creative industries. We’re now recruiting a Digital Content & Engagement Officer to lead our digital storytelling and drive our online presence forward.

In this exciting and varied role, you’ll:

  • Plan, create, curate and analyse compelling digital content
  • Manage our flagship social media platforms
  • Keep our website vibrant, accessible and up to date
  • Use data and audience insights to shape strategy and maximise engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as we prepare to celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2026. We’re looking for a creative digital storyteller who thrives on innovation, collaboration and turning ideas into impact. You will have a passion for engaging content, a flair for storytelling, a proven ability to connect with audiences in imaginative ways, and excellent organisational and project management skills.
