Are you a passionate and hands-on Catering Manager ready to make a difference? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our small catering team and provide exceptional food service to our students and staff.

In this role, you’ll not only manage the daily catering operations but also take on the responsibilities of the principal chef, preparing delicious, high-quality meals throughout the day. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to engage in all aspects of catering, from cooking and customer service to ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards, this role is perfect for you.

The ideal candidate will have experience of cooking and preparing meals, managing a team, and delivering excellent customer service. You will have an appropriate catering qualification along with a Food Hygiene certificate. Good prioritising and time management skills are essential and an understanding of allergens, ‘Natasha’s Law’ and COSHH.
